Morning workout:
2 sets of 50 crunches
2 sets of 15 leg lifts
2 sets of 15 lunges
2 sets of 25 squats
2 sets of 15 push ups
45 5 lb side arm lifts
1 hour elliptical
Evening workout:
3 sets of 100 crunches
3 sets of 20 leg lifts
3 sets of 35 lunges
3 sets of 35 squats
3 sets of 15 push ups
45 5 lb side arm lifts
1 hour elliptical
But it’s time for my evening workout. 2-3 hours.
Tomorrow’s morning workout will be super long though. 3-4 hours, depending on when I wake up.
Since I prob can’t workout after work.
At this rate I’ll be working out 3-6 hours a day :)
If I keep up with an average of 5 hours by next friday, I shall be very impressed/proud of myself.
Oh yeah & tomorrow I have to make time for grocery shopping. Can’t handle this junk at home anymore.
I feel like the smallest part here should be the biggest, people always beat themselves up so much about body image!

Also, I haven’t updated my weight in a LONG time and will not be doing so until the 10th.
I have 4 AP tests, SAT IIs, a math midterm (50% of my final grade) all coming up after break.
My break is going to be insane, non stop studying.
Teachers are putting so much pressure on me right now too, it’s crazy.
I want to kill them all -____-
